🕒 Returns
You have 7–14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (pet food, treats)
- Personal care items (grooming products if opened)
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Customized or personalized products
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of approval or rejection
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If the item is defective or damaged, we will cover return shipping
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos or videos as proof
- We will offer a replacement or full refund
If you haven’t received a refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider
- If still not received, contact us

Orders can be canceled within 12–24 hours of placing the order.
After this time, the order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
We are not responsible for customs fees, duties, or delays caused by shipping carriers.
